Fixing that front squat so he doesn't hurt his knees #lifthard #denmark #fisker

Let's try to understand something. When you coach an athlete for short durations like I do, you've a guy/girl that's potentially going to international competitions. It is less than optimal, if I can't see the lifter daily. During that short period of time, I've to correct the technique in the fastest manner and if it means using short cues, AND THEN explaining the final desire, we do that.

A lot of you learned from the Crossfit world and American weightlifting world. A lot of you learned from the European school of thought. I learned from the Chinese mostly. We're going to have different methods, so there's really no need to say things like "It makes no sense" just because you disagree to it.
